IT Business Analyst Oracle CPQ

What you will do:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define requirements for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support the implementation of CPQ solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ tools and processes.
• Continuously monitor and analyze CPQ system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.

How you will do it:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment on CPQ objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes.
• Document business processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for CPQ initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CPQ implementation.

What we look for:

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle CPQ systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in SQL and Excel preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges.
• Experience with CPQ tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.
