Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for driving new business development activities, engaging in lead generation efforts, and cultivating strong client relationships. Duties will include preparing and delivering effective pitches, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • 03 years of experience in B2C Sales.
  • Experience in healthcare/eye care is a plus (not mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Business Strategy & Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach

Compensation & Work Details

  • Salary: 34 LPA + attractive incentives
  • Working Days: 6 days a week, Work Mode: Work from office (Gurugram)
