A fast-scaling company in the EdTech sector focused on institutional learning, upskilling, and career outcomes seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow institutional and campus partnerships across India. This on-site role targets schools, colleges, corporate learning teams and training partners to drive revenue and long-term adoption of digital learning programs.
Primary title: Business Development Executive - EdTech
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a qualified pipeline of institutional leads across K-12, higher-education and corporate learning verticals using outbound and inbound channels.
- Run discovery calls and product demos tailored to institutional stakeholders; translate needs into clear proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B contracts while coordinating internal teams for onboarding and implementation.
- Manage and update deal stages, forecasts and activity in CRM to ensure accurate pipeline and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to create institution-focused collateral, pilots, and proof-of-value programs.
- Track sales KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and iterate on outreach and conversion strategies to hit targets.
