Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with around
3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, who has worked across
US and India markets. The ideal candidate should have a
strong understanding of Salesforce products and experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and engaging enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Market Research
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers across US and India regions.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database using tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other research tools.
- Analyze industry trends, company insights, and market signals to enable targeted outreach.
Outbound Prospecting & Social Selling
- Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
- Engage with prospects across levels, including senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Personalize outreach messaging based on industry, use cases, and Salesforce solutions.
- Actively participate in relevant communities and groups to build awareness and pipeline.
Email Campaigns & Lead Nurturing
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Track campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversions) and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the funnel.
Sales Collaboration & Pipeline Management
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Track all activities, leads, and interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, outreach performance, and key metrics.
Product & Market Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and related services.
- Effectively communicate value propositions aligned to customer needs and industry use cases.
Targets & Performance
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Continuously improve outreach efficiency and pipeline contribution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR role within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven experience working with US, UAE and India markets (any two regions is also okay)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services
- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and social selling
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools
- Strong communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
- Experience working in a Salesforce partner or consulting organization
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market accounts
