Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to help our client expand their market reach in the industrial segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors
  • Develop relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, dealers, and distributors
  • Generate enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Conduct client meeting and product presentations
  • Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize deals
  • Coordinate with internal production and project teams for order execution
  • Track sales performance and submit regular reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or industrial products preferred
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project sites
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, Lead Generation Tools and reporting

  • 02 Years: Fresher candidates with strong sales interest can apply
