Field Sales & Marketing Executive Campus Outreach

Key Responsibilities

• Promote offerings to students via live demos and on-ground campaigns
• Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build relationships with college authorities for campus access and events
• Recruit, train, and support student Campus Ambassadors (AMBs)
• Drive app downloads and registrations among students
• Collect and submit accurate market data and feedback
• Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports

Skills Required

• Proven sales ability with strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in on-ground marketing and event execution
• Comfortable with mobile apps, digital tools, and reporting software
• Good at data collection, organisation, and analysis
• Team player with ability to manage AMBs effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in local language/s and English
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

KPIs

• Colleges visited, app downloads, AMBs onboarded, data quality, market share growth
