Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing key client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include developing strong business relationships, creating strategies to target growth markets, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business strategies and operations
- Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Account Management skills to effectively oversee client portfolios
- Proficiency in market research and business analytics
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is a plus
