Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering presentations, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential opportunities
• Proficiency in Account Management and establishing long-lasting client relationships
• Exceptional Communication and Business skills for negotiations, presentations, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet dynamic business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the digital marketing or creative agency is an advantage
