Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Marketing Executive with experience in lead generation and client acquisition for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and other digital marketing projects through various outreach channels. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and other digital marketing services.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other direct marketing activities to engage prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and consultations with potential clients for the sales team.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business goals.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in direct marketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development services.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, Freelancer, or other lead generation platforms.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, direct marketing, or business development for digital marketing services.
- Prior experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in generating leads for SEO and digital marketing projects.
