Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Mohali, Punjab, Full-Time Role
About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold outreach, lead nurturing, sales conversations, and pipeline management.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online databases, directories, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
  • Handle objections effectively and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and sales progress.
  • Track prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and pipeline performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, web development, software, SaaS, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Qualified leads generated per month.
  • Number of discovery calls booked.
  • Conversion rate from lead to client.
  • Revenue generated from new business.
  • Pipeline value and sales target achievement.
  • Follow-up and client engagement metrics.
