We're at an exciting growth phase and building our sales function from the ground up. This is where you come in.

The Opportunity

We're hiring our first dedicated Business Development Executive - someone who will own the sales pipeline and help us scale our client base significantly.

Your Role

As our Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and work upon making creative presentations.

PPT making and negotiation skills is a must.

You'll identify prospects, initiate conversations, nurture relationships, and create compelling reasons for businesses to work with us. You'll also play a key role in shaping how we position ourselves in the market.

In practical terms, this means:

Business Development & Pipeline Management

  • Own the lead generation process - from identifying target companies to getting meetings with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across multiple industry verticals
  • Qualify prospects to ensure we're pursuing the right opportunities
  • Track and manage all prospect interactions systematically

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges
  • Position our services effectively based on client-specific pain points
  • Handle initial objections and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Build rapport with founders, CXOs, and senior marketing leaders

Sales Collateral & Presentations

  • Develop customized pitch presentations for different prospect profiles
  • Create compelling proposals that translate our capabilities into client value
  • Leverage modern tools and AI to produce high-quality sales materials efficiently
  • Refine our core messaging based on what resonates in the market

Market Intelligence & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, business meetups, and networking forums
  • Build strategic relationships that lead to referrals and partnerships
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Provide feedback to shape our service offerings and positioning

Deal Closure & Account Transition

  • Progress opportunities through the sales cycle to closure
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts
  • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams post-sale
  • Maintain relationships with closed clients for upsell and referral opportunities

Who Will Succeed in This Role

Professional Background:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a professional services, agency, SaaS, or consulting environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Capabilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication - you can hold your own in conversations with senior executives
  • Strong relationship-building skills - you're comfortable networking and creating genuine connections
  • Presentation and persuasion abilities - you can articulate value clearly and compellingly
  • Commercial acumen - you understand business problems and can position solutions effectively
