Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, generating leads, preparing proposals, and representing the company in client interactions. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies for business expansion and client satisfaction.

  • Experience in client relationship management and sales strategy development
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and web development concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a business development role is an advantage
