We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in end-to-end sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience handling the complete sales cycle in Domestic or International markets, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:

- New client acquisition for IT Staffing services

- Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with client managers

- To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote Sales and Marketing.

Required Skills :

- 1 or 2 years experience in sales for generating new leads for staffing services.

- 1+ years of business development experience representing IT Services

- Good understanding of the latest IT technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Must have excellent communication skills.
