Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executives for one of our client companies.

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls globally using the provided lead data
  • Pitch Globeia's document authentication and verification service clearly and confidently
  • Understand client needs and tailor the pitch to address their pain points
  • Follow up consistently with interested leads to close conversions
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and updates
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth document handling for clients
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the internal team
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM
  • Submit daily call reports and conversion updates to the reporting manager
  • Track lead pipeline status and flag any follow-ups required

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for confident, persuasive, and professional individuals to join our outbound sales and customer relations team. You will be calling leads from our pre-provided data, pitching our service, and converting leads into active clients.

If you are a great communicator with a passion for sales and a strong American English accent, this role is for you.

Must have

  • Excellent spoken English with a strong American accent this is non-negotiable
  • Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or outbound sales role
  • Proven ability to pitch, persuade, and convert clients over the phone
  • Comfortable working US shift hours (Rotational Shift)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
