Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Business Development Executive to manage
end-to-end sales activities for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure
- Pitch IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Consulting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project scoping and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
- Attend client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT services sales / B2B sale
