*Job Description:*
Dyneton, a trusted channel partner of Alibaba.com, is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive for our Thane location. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through B2B sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, data mining, and market research
* Pitch Alibaba.com B2B solutions to manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers
* Schedule and conduct meetings (telephonic/online/face-to-face) with potential clients
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Alibaba.com packages
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly targets
* Maintain and update client information in CRM
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
* Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager
*Desired Skills & Requirements:*
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
* 04 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B experience preferred)
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work with targets and deadlines
* Basic knowledge of digital platforms and online sales is an advantage
* Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
