Job DescriptionDr. Lajiba is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand market presence, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with doctors, distributors, and channel partners across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Dr. Lajiba products.
- Visit doctors, clinics, distributors, and retailers to promote products.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product placement and brand visibility.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports.
Required Qualifications- Any degree (MBA / Marketing preferred).
- Experience:25 years in Business Development / Pharma Sales / FMCG Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits- Salary: 28,000 38,000 per month (based on experience).
