Experience:

  • 25 years in B2B sales (EdTech, corporate training, HR services, hospitality, or staffing industry preferred).
  • Proven ability to pitch services to HR Heads, L&D Managers, Hotel GMs, Training Managers, and Corporate Leaders.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Understanding of training programs (soft skills, dining etiquette, communication skills, leadership, etc.)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, field visits & meetings
  • Negotiation & closing skills

Personality Traits:

  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Professional in dressing & communication
  • Confident with C-suite level conversations
  • Willing to travel within the city
