About The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to propose suitable solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closure. This position plays a key role in driving business growth and expanding the company's client base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
Work on lead generation through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach
Follow up with prospects regularly to move leads through the sales pipeline
Achieve the business targets assigned by the company
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Support the team in closing deals and revenue generation
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
MBA or certification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
02 years of experience in business development or IT sales
Experience working in an IT services or software company is preferred
Strong communication skills
Confidence in client interactions
Target-driven and self-motivated
