Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and developing new business opportunities. The role involves effective communication to understand client needs, managing accounts, and driving customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to support the growth strategy and expand the company's presence in the hospitality market.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to secure and grow client portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
  • Basic understanding of business strategies and the ability to identify potential markets and opportunities.
  • Proactive approach with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is beneficial.
