Role Description Business Development Executive (On-Site)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, Delhi, for a Business Development Executive.

The role focuses on lead generation, sales conversions, and relationship management, playing a key part in expanding Unplanned Diaries customer base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and convert new business leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups
  • Communicate Unplanned Diaries travel offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients
  • Manage client interactions from first contact to successful booking
  • Maintain lead records, conversion tracking, and daily work logs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
  • Proactively explore new sales channels and business opportunities
Work Location & Schedule
  • Location: On-site, Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Workdays: 7 days a week with one rotational weekly off
  • Breaks: Two breaks of 30 minutes each

Attendance, punctuality, and daily work logging are mandatory.

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed In-Hand Salary:

13,500 per month

Performance-Based Incentives (Weekly Payouts):

  • 100 per conversion for packages below 5,999
  • 200 per conversion for packages between 6,000 7,000
  • 300 per conversion for packages above 7,000

Incentives are paid twice in a monthly cycle after successful conversion verification.

No deductions apply currently (subject to future policy updates).

Probation & Evaluation
  • Probation Period: 7 days from the date of joining

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of customer handling and sales operations
  • Prior experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
