About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven
International Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in generating high-quality leads for digital services including
SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Design & Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with
international markets such as Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with a strong focus on
D2C and E-commerce brands. You will play a critical role in building a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic outreach and modern lead generation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target potential clients in international markets, especially in D2C and E-commerce sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business goals
- Generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn, online databases, directories, and other prospecting tools
- Execute outbound strategies including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Qualify leads based on business needs, marketing requirements, and potential for outsourcing services
- Personalize communication to improve engagement, response rates, and meeting conversions
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status
- Leverage AI-based tools and automation platforms to enhance lead generation efficiency and scale efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in international lead generation or B2B sales
- Proven experience working with Australia, US, and UK markets
- Prior experience generating leads specifically for SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development services
- Strong understanding of D2C and E-commerce business models
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Experience using AI tools and automation for lead generation is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
