About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven International Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in generating high-quality leads for digital services including SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Design & Development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with international markets such as Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, with a strong focus on D2C and E-commerce brands. You will play a critical role in building a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic outreach and modern lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in international markets, especially in D2C and E-commerce sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business goals
  • Generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn, online databases, directories, and other prospecting tools
  • Execute outbound strategies including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, marketing requirements, and potential for outsourcing services
  • Personalize communication to improve engagement, response rates, and meeting conversions
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects and move them through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status
  • Leverage AI-based tools and automation platforms to enhance lead generation efficiency and scale efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in international lead generation or B2B sales
  • Proven experience working with Australia, US, and UK markets
  • Prior experience generating leads specifically for SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development services
  • Strong understanding of D2C and E-commerce business models
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
  • Experience using AI tools and automation for lead generation is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
