About UsWe are a fast-growing web & SaaS development company working with global clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. We build real products, not demo projects and we're looking for a Business Development Executive who knows how to win projects on Upwork, not just send proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Actively bid on Upwork daily for Web Development, SaaS, AI, MVP, Mobile App, and Custom Software projects
- Identify high-intent projects and filter low-quality leads
- Write custom, non-templated proposals that convert
- Handle initial client communication on Upwork (chat + follow-ups)
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the tech team
- Maintain a lead & proposal tracker (daily reporting required)
- Build long-term relationships with Upwork clients
- Work towards monthly revenue and deal closure targets
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)- Hands-on Upwork bidding experience (must)
- Proven record of winning projects on Upwork
- Strong English written communication
- Ability to understand technical scopes (Web / App / SaaS / AI)
- Experience with hourly & fixed-price proposals
- Comfortable working with targets and accountability
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)- Experience bidding for US / UAE / UK clients
- Knowledge of tools like Upwork Talent, CRM, or lead trackers
- Background in IT services, SaaS, or digital agencies
- Understanding of pricing, negotiation, and closing logic
