Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on lead generation experience, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients for our IT and Digital Marketing services.

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, confident in client interactions, and comfortable working in the Australia shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads independently for IT services and digital marketing solutions
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other online channels
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT or digital marketing solutions
  • Conduct introductory calls, presentations, and follow-ups with Australian clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and assist in closing deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in Australia

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills (self-sourced leads)
  • Experience selling IT services, software, or digital marketing services
  • Comfortable working in the Australia shift
  • Confident in cold calling, email pitching, and virtual meetings
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Australian or international clients
  • Knowledge of SEO, web development, paid ads, or digital marketing services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Negotiation and objection-handling skills
