Job Description
Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as schools, coaching centers, corporations, or individual learners.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
Conduct product/course demos and presentations.
Handle full sales cycle: follow-ups, negotiations, closing deals.
Maintain and update lead data, track pipeline progress using CRM.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to refine sales strategies and improve offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Collect feedback from students to improve product/user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, or an EdTech environment is a plus (freshers also welcome, if you
have the right attitude).
Strong communication skills verbal & written.
Good persuasion & negotiation
ability Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel / Google Sheets / CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple leads.
Able to work under target/pressure and committed to results.
Details:
Probation Period: 3 months
Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours: 11 am-8 pm
PPO Upto 9lpa based on probation performance.
