Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive – Client Engagement role based in Bengaluru.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building relationships with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers, and corporate partners to support fresher hiring initiatives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, understanding hiring requirements, coordinating recruitment drives, and promoting DCL's talent pool to potential employers.
The candidate will work closely with placement, training, and operations teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.
