Pallet is a B2B SAAS based platform which helps supermarket, restaurant, retail shops and businesses manage their sales, inventory and multiple store locations. The main products are Pallet RMS and mPOS, which work offline. These tools help shop owners track stock, record sales and analyze business performance easily.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, support experienced account managers, and build your skills by interacting with retail clients and showcasing the power of our retail SaaS platform. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a strong foundation in SaaS sales and grow within a high-impact startup environment.
Responsibilities:
• Role involves Field Sales
• Assist in setting up and participating in client calls, demos, and follow-ups
• Learn to articulate Pallet's value proposition and product features
• Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
• Maintain accurate customer data and interaction logs in CRM tools
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Shadow and learn from senior sales professionals to develop consultative selling skills
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales, tech, and the retail ecosystem
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
