Company Description Surveyaan, a brand of Nibrus Technologies Private Limited, is a Bengaluru-based company specializing in drone manufacturing and cloud-based photogrammetry software. The company focuses on building an affordable and accessible drone ecosystem for a wide range of industries and users. Its drones feature high-resolution cameras and intelligent flight modes to deliver precise and reliable aerial imagery for surveying and mapping.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and support revenue growth for Surveyaan's drone and software solutions. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating leads through outreach and networking, conducting product presentations and demos, and preparing proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Solid foundation in Business and Account Management, including negotiation, relationship-building, and post-sales support.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions in an accessible way.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or hardware products; experience in drones, GIS, or geospatial solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with technical, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and improve outcomes.
