We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline creation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to perform cold outreach, and the ability to support end-to-end sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, databases, and tools
- Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline aligned with target markets and ICP
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Sales Managers / Senior Sales Managers
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate DPA's offerings
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems
- Support execution of sales campaigns and outbound initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics such as calls, emails, meetings, and conversions
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
