What we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prospecting and lead research skills.
• Ability to identify potential companies, prospects, and key decision-makers.
• Good at finding and validating contact details of relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Experience in preparing prospect-specific cold calling scripts and email sequences.
• Good hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound outreach.
• Ability to initiate conversations, follow up consistently, and generate qualified leads.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to research, learn, and execute independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
• Research companies, understand their business, and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Find accurate contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
• Prepare customised outreach scripts and email campaigns.
• Execute daily cold calling and email outreach activities.
• Understand prospect requirements, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings.
• Maintain prospect information, follow-ups, and activity reports.
