About this role:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a B2B outbound sales role focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and pipeline development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outbound outreach, booking meetings, and supporting revenue growth. This role offers strong learning and growth opportunities within a fast-growing cold chain and logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build prospect lists and generate leads through outbound sales activities

• Execute daily outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups

• Manage and grow the outbound sales pipeline independently

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/closures team

• Maintain deal momentum through regular follow-ups

• Update CRM and submit weekly sales activity reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any stream

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development

• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
