Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the advertising/marketing industry. You'll be responsible for driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients; maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hand over to the execution team smoothly.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored client materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Proven business development/sales experience in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings/events.
