Job Title: Events Sales Executive – Party Events – Toss the Balloon

Location: Remote (Online)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience + Incentives)

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings through strong sales communication.
  • Consult with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram to understand their event needs.
  • Share suitable theme ideas, quotations, and decor add-ons.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution team to finalize decor elements.
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in events/lifestyle sector).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram professionally.
  • Good aesthetic sense and passion for party decor.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Smart phone, wifi and Laptop is mandatory.
