Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. This role requires experience with freelance bidding platforms, email marketing, and social media prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).

- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads.

- Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for prospecting and outreach.

- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to secure international projects.

- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration and business growth.

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.

Requirements:

- 1- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of freelance bidding platforms and online business development.

- Proficiency in email marketing and lead generation techniques.

- Familiarity with social media lead generation (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

- Ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
