Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sardhana for a Business Development Executive. The executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and contributing to overall business growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed revenue targets.

• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the software or IT services industry is an advantage
