Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients and professionals, and promote our certification programs across multiple industries. This role suits someone who is target-oriented, confident in client engagement, and eager to grow within a high-performance, global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and engage new corporate and individual clients for professional certification and training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, compliance, operations, and senior management stakeholders.
- Present and recommend suitable certification programs based on client needs and industry requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to enrollment, contract closure, and handover to account management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and program teams to support campaigns, webinars, and program launches.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training demands to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, or client acquisition (preferably in B2B services, EdTech, or professional training).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management tools, or sales dashboards is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with clients across multiple industries and time zones.
