About the Role

Lantrn is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive revenue, build relationships, and bring high-value clients into our ecosystem.

This role is for someone who understands marketing services, knows how to navigate LinkedIn, outbound channels, events, and partnerships and thrives in a high-performance environment.

If you love building pipelines, talking to founders, attending events, converting leads, and creating long-term business relationships, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

Inbound Lead Management
  • Handle inbound leads from Meta, Google, website forms, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and service fit.
  • Book discovery calls for the CEO & marketing team.

Outbound & Prospecting
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email outreach, and networking channels to find new clients.
  • Build and maintain outbound databases.
  • Run consistent outbound campaigns (messages, emails, calls).

Networking & Partnerships
  • Attend business events, expos, conferences, and startup meetups.
  • Build partnerships with:
  • Business consultants
  • Realtors
  • Interior designers
  • Marketing freelancers
  • Event managers
  • Business circles
  • Create a strong referral engine that brings deals every month.

Sales & Closures
  • Book meetings and present services confidently.
  • Handle objections and position Lantrn as the right choice.
  • Follow up rigorously and close deals.
  • Assist clients through onboarding & contract finalization.

Client Relationship & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho CRM).
  • Update lead stages, follow-ups, reminders, and notes daily.
  • Nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat and upsell opportunities.

Skills You Must Have
  • Strong communication (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (ads, content, SMM, strategy).
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM tools.
  • Confident meeting founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
  • Strong outbound mindset and persistence.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and convert prospects.
  • Understanding of basic sales psychology & objection handling.
