Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our EV charging infrastructure network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for chargeMOD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV charging sector
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
  • Pitch chargeMOD solutions to potential clients, partners, and property owners
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and EV industry developments
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can also apply)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
