Role Overview:
chargeMOD is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our EV charging network and business operations across Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, onboarding charging locations, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Karnataka.
Generate leads and convert them into successful business partnerships.
Build strong relationships with property owners, commercial spaces, dealerships, fleets, and potential EV charging partners.
Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and support.
Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity updates.
Stay updated on EV industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Freshers can also apply.
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
Experience in EV, automobile, energy, or tech-related industries is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
Fluent in Kannada and English.
Strong networking and client-handling abilities.
Passion for EV and sustainable technology sectors.
