Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing customer accounts, and supporting overall organizational growth. The role involves effective collaboration with internal teams and communication with clients to drive results and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities
- Strong understanding of Business practices with excellent Account Management skills
- Exceptional Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients to meet objectives
- Prior experience in the electrical or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
