We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to develop their skills in business development and sales while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
