About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT services sales, especially in Data & Analytics, Healthcare IT Products, and Custom Software Development, and will be responsible for handling and converting leads across US, UK, Canada, Australia, and India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia) and India
  • Understand client requirements related to Data & Analytics, BI, Healthcare IT Products, and Custom Software
  • Conduct requirement discovery calls and coordinate with technical teams
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales
  • Strong exposure to Data & Analytics, BI, Healthcare IT, or Custom Software Development
  • Experience handling international clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and RFP responses
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset

Good to Have
  • Experience selling Healthcare IT products or platforms
  • Understanding of BI tools, dashboards, data platforms, or analytics solutions
  • Prior experience working with CXOs and senior stakeholders
