Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) for the canada market (Night Shift). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation, along with excellent English communication skills. This role is performance-driven and focused on international client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
- Communicate confidently with US-based clients via calls and emails
- Understand client requirements and pitch company services effectively
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Prepare and submit regular performance and lead reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of proven experience as a BDE / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory
- Experience handling international or US clients preferred
- Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
- Ability to work efficiently in a night shift, office-based environment
