Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong communication channels with existing and potential customers. The Business Development Executive will contribute to revenue growth by developing strategies, building relationships, and maximizing market penetration for Carbonmax's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent Business acumen to analyze market trends and propose effective strategies
  • Outstanding Communication skills to interact with clients and partners across diverse geographies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
