Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Coimbatore. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, creating and executing business plans, analyzing client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and growth.

• Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience in Key Account management and managing high-value clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain and enhance client satisfaction levels.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and align with organizational goals.
• Prior experience in the education or skill development sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
