Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Make 60+ connected calls per day and schedule 20+ demos daily.
  • Understand customer pain points and position AI solutions to address their needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and leadership teams to align on strategy and execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, IT product, or AI solution sales.
  • Proven experience selling to IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical and AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Performance Indicators (Success Metrics):

  • Consistent monthly deal closures.
  • High demo-to-conversion ratio.
  • Positive customer feedback and repeat inquiries.
