Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience Required:

13 Years (Digital Marketing / IT Services Background Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and growth-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales initiatives, generate new leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing or IT services sales and a passion for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

Background in a digital marketing agency or IT services is mandatory

Basic to strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.)

Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, social media platforms, email campaigns, and networking

Ability to pitch services, assist in proposal creation, and support deal closures

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities (National & International clients)

Generate leads via LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and referrals

Conduct initial client discussions and requirement analysis

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover

Maintain strong and long-term client relationships

Update CRM and track sales activities and performance

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Off Policy: Alternate Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturday only)
