ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities

Able to find the real estate within the given specifications

Negotiate with the landlords on any issues

Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords

Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis

Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites

Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility

Real Estate Experience is a plus

SALARY

4.5LPA-5LPA+Incentives Upto 3 LPA annually depending upon the closures made
