We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager (24 years experience) to drive new business and grow client relationships in the recruitment space.
This role is focused on Lead generation, client acquisition, and account management, especially with GCCs, startups, and product companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets
- Connect with key decision-makers (HR, TA Heads, Hiring Managers) and pitch recruitment solutions
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
- Track market trends, hiring patterns, and identify new business opportunities
- Represent Talentiser in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Requirements (Must Have)
- 24 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a recruitment firm or hiring agency
- Strong exposure to tech or non-tech hiring across startups, product companies, and the GCC ecosystem
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Preference
- Candidates with an immediate to 15-day notice period will be preferred
