Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue per Room (RevR) growth and ensure month-on-month achie
vement ofassigned targets.
2. Identify, onboard, and sign up new hotel partners across the assigned region for
Brevistay portals.
3. Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with partner hotels.
4. Conduct regular field visits (hotel visits) for meetings, negotiations, onboarding,
relationship management, and issue resolution.
5. Maintain and update monthly sales trackers; plan and execute sales strategies
accordingly.
6. Take individual ownership of assigned revenue and partnership targets.
7.Identify new growth opportunities while strengthening and optimizing existing
partnerships.
8.Conduct demand forecasting and market analysis to drive strategic sales decisions.
